Accountability. It's a hallmark of being a Christ-follower. There are many Christians living without it these days. Accountability is defined as "a willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions."
Would your co-workers say you're accountable? How about your boss? Your clients? Your team members?
How about you? When's the last time you let someone hold you accountable? When's the last time you asked someone to hold you accountable?
Luke 16:10-12 (NLT) is all about accountability: "If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater responsibilities. And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? And if you are not faithful with other people's things, why should you be trusted with things of your own?"
